The University of Adelaide offers a scholarships scheme for international students undertaking undergraduate study.

Scholarships for all International Students
The Adelaide Outstanding Achiever Scholarships International (AOASI)

* Up to nine Adelaide Outstanding Achiever Scholarships International (AOASI) are available to international students from any country undertaking study in any academic discipline except Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).

* Benefits are the waiver of full tuition fees for the normal duration of the program, subject to satisfactory performance.
* A scholarship recipient completing a three year degree program who is offered a further year in the Honours Program may apply for an extension of the scholarship to cover that year.
* Scholarships are available only for the first four years of a double degree.

Applications
For students seeking scholarships for study commencing in 2010, a separate application process for scholarships will be required. This includes for applications submitted through the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC).

The process will require completion of a web-based form that will be available on this website by mid-September 2009. Applicants will be required to have already received a current offer of admission to the University of Adelaide to be considered for a scholarship.

Application Deadlines
The deadline for the 2010 round of undergraduate scholarships has yet to be fixed. Please remember that to be considered for a scholarship for 2010 entry, you must have an offer from the University of Adelaide for entry into an academic program for 2010 at the time of application for the scholarship. It is therefore recommended that you apply to study at the University some time before the estimated mid-September opening of the scholarship round.

AOASI Scholarship Conditions

Eligibility conditions

1. Scholarships will be awarded strictly on academic merit and only actual results can be used. Forecast results are not accepted for scholarship selection. Only complete applications will be considered, and only applicants who have met the University’s minimum English language requirement for direct entry to their intended program of study at the scholarship application deadline will be eligible for consideration. For Australian Year 12 students the basic TER will be used. Bonus points will not be counted.
2. The University reserves the right to vary the awards, or not to offer scholarships if the candidates have not achieved the level of academic achievement to merit the awards.
3. Applicants from education systems accepted by the University of Adelaide for direct entry to the first year of degree studies must apply before commencement of University studies whether in their home country or Australia. Those who have commenced tertiary studies at the time of application will not be eligible.
4. Applicants from education systems where one year of degree studies in their home countries is required for admission to the University of Adelaide first year degree studies must apply before commencement of their second year of studies. Those who have commenced second year studies at the time of application will not be eligible.
5. A scholarship may not be awarded to anyone already holding another scholarship funded by the University of Adelaide.
6. Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia, and citizens of New Zealand are ineligible for any of the above scholarships.
7. Candidates who have applied for Australian permanent resident status are ineligible to apply.

Enrolment Conditions

1. Scholarship holders must commence study at The University of Adelaide in 2010. By negotiation, an applicant offered a scholarship scheduled to commence in Semester I, 2010 may defer until Semester II, 2010 if there is a Semester II commencement of their chosen program of study. If the applicant is not able to commence in Semester II the scholarship offer will lapse and will not be available to the applicant in 2011.
2. Candidates are required to enrol in The University of Adelaide as ‘international students’ and must maintain ‘international student’ status for the duration of their enrolment in the University. The scholarship will be terminated if a student changes their residency status.
3. Scholarship holders are expected to enrol in a full time load. A scholarship holder who is considering reducing his/her enrolment load must first consult with staff in the International Student Centre. International students are expected to complete their programs within the duration specified on their visa. The University may only extend the duration of study under compassionate or compelling circumstances.
4. Undergraduate scholarships are available for up to four years, subject to satisfactory progress. The University reserves the right to terminate scholarships of students who do not maintain satisfactory progress. Satisfactory progress is defined as the achievement of a GPA (Grade Point Average) of 5 (out of 7).
5. Where a student fails, or withdraws from courses in a given semester (or equivalent teaching period) such that the semester GPA (Grade Point Average) is less than 5.0 in two consecutive semesters, the student will be deemed to have failed to maintain satisfactory academic progress and the scholarship will be terminated unless the University is satisfied that exceptional circumstances exist.
6. If a student faces exceptional circumstances requiring him or her to return home, he/she may apply for a one year deferment of enrolment without loss of scholarship, provided this is approved under the student visa requirements.
7. In order to make a case for exceptional circumstances, a student will need to provide a detailed statement and independent supporting documentation e.g. a doctor’s certificate etc.
8. If a scholarship holder enrols in more than the standard load of 24 units per year, or in courses which increase the tuition fee beyond what is indicated in the scholarship offer letter, or enrols in courses at another institution, he or she shall be responsible for the payment of the additional tuition fees.
9. Students who complete a three-year degree may apply for an additional year, in an Honours program, but extension of the scholarship for the fourth year is subject to the decision of the relevant faculty.
10. The scholarships cover the amount of tuition fee indicated in the scholarship award letter for up to four years of study at the University of Adelaide. The scholarships do not cover the costs of visas, Overseas Student Health Cover, travel, accommodation, living expenses, books and study materials or any other expenses associated with living in Adelaide or study at the University of Adelaide.

Harap diingat bahwa beasiswa akan hanya mencakup pembayaran uang kuliah tiap semester dan biaya relevan yang lain untuk pelamar yang berhasil, jika pelamar tersebut membuat kemajuan yang berkesinambungan dalam studi mereka sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur Aces Centre College. The State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.), through a special financial support "Mobility and Scholarship Fund" of Greece in the framework of the implementation of Financial Mechanism - European Economic Area (FM-EEA) for 2004-2009, www.eeagrants.com, offers to Greek citizens three mobility scholarships programmes in the field of Higher Education and Research with the purpose of reinforcing the cooperation between Greece and the countries of Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. BEASISWA IPB 2009 Melalui Jalur UTM IPB 2009

Pada tahun 2009 ini untuk pertama kalinya IPB membuka jalur penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui Jalur Ujian Talenta Mandiri IPB (UTM IPB) yang berbasis kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan serta cinta pertanian. Melalui jalur ini, IPB akan menjaring sekitar 288 calon mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dan talenta yang tinggi dalam kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan serta cinta pertanian untuk ditempa menjadi sarjana-sarjana yang tangguh dan menjadi calon-calon pemimpin bangsa yang berwawasan pembangunan pertanian yang kuat.

Jalur ini bukan merupakan jalur untuk menghimpun dana masyarakat, melainkan untuk menjaring calon mahasiswa yang bertalenta dan memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan untuk mengembangkan ketahanan pangan. Bahkan melalui jalur ini, IPB akan memberikan dana beasiswa bagi para mahasiswa yang memenuhi persyaratan akademik tetapi kurang mampu secara ekonomi, khususnya bagi calon mahasiswa yang memilih program studi (mayor) yang terkait erat dan secara langsung mendukung usaha ketahanan pangan melalui pemberian beasiswa yang disebut dengan Beasiswa Kewirausahaan dan Beasiswa Ketahanan Pangan. Hal ini merupakan terobosan baru dalam penerimaan mahasiswa IPB.

untuk Memajukan Pertanian Sebagai perguruan tinggi terkemuka di bidang pertanian, IPB mempunyai visi menjadi perguruan tinggi berbasis riset kelas dunia dengan kompetensi utama pertanian tropika dan biosains serta berkarakter kewirausahaan. Bertitik tolak dari visi tersebut, maka misi IPB adalah:

Peran penting IPB dalam pembangunan nasional yang berbasiskan pertanian dalam arti luas dengan mendasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip berkedaulatan, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan telah diakui oleh masyarakat secara luas. IPB terus berupaya meningkatkan mutu akademik untuk menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang unggul dan kompetitif serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Upaya ini dilakukan secara internal maupun eksternal melalui kerjasama kemitraan dengan perguruan tinggi di dalam dan luar negeri, khususnya perguruan tinggi yang mengembangkan bidang pertanian dalam arti luas.

Sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap pembangunan sumberdaya manusia di bidang pertanian, selama ini IPB telah membuka akses secara luas bagi calon mahasiswa dari seluruh pelosok tanah air dengan menawarkan berbagai jalur penerimaan mahasiswa. (2) Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN);

(3) Prestasi Internasional dan Nasional (PIN); dan

(4) Beasiswa Utusan Daerah (BUD).

Akhir-akhir ini IPB semakin menyadari bahwa Bangsa Indonesia masih memiliki persoalan mendasar dalam hal kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan, utamanya untuk memajukan pertanian dalam arti luas. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan sangat sedikitnya figur-figur pemimpin yang berkarakter kuat di berbagai organisasi atau kelompok masyarakat di bidang pertanian, serta tidak berkembangnya agrobisnis dan agroindustri secara memadai karena sedikitnya jumlah wirausahawan.

Di lain pihak, IPB juga telah mendapat tugas mulia yang diamanatkan oleh Presiden RI (Dr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono) melalui Pidato Orasi Ilmiah pada saat Dies Natalis IPB ke-45, pada tanggal 4 November 2008, yaitu IPB diharapkan dapat menjadi:

(1) World Class University;

(2) Institut riset bertaraf internasional;

(3) Lembaga yang terdepan dalam studi bidang pertanian; dan

(4) Pelopor dalam gerakan ketahanan pangan. Hal ini berimplikasi bahwa keberpihakan terhadap upaya mencapai ketahanan pangan harus tercermin dalam tindakan dan upaya untuk menjaring calon mahasiswa yang memiliki minat yang tinggi pada program studi (mayor) yang terkait dengan pertanian dan ketahanan pangan.

Untuk merespon hal tersebut, maka pada tahun 2009 ini untuk pertama kalinya IPB membuka jalur penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui Jalur Ujian Talenta Mandiri IPB (UTM IPB) yang berbasis kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan serta cinta pertanian. Melalui jalur ini, IPB akan menjaring sekitar 288 calon mahasiswa yang memiliki minat dan talenta yang tinggi dalam kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan serta cinta pertanian untuk ditempa menjadi sarjana-sarjana yang tangguh dan menjadi calon-calon pemimpin bangsa yang berwawasan pembangunan pertanian yang kuat.

Kriteria penjaringan atau sistem seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru tersebut telah dirumuskan dengan cerdas, cermat, dan bermartabat. Perlu ditegaskan bahwa jalur ini bukan merupakan jalur untuk menghimpun dana masyarakat melalui penetapan biaya masuk yang tinggi, melainkan untuk menjaring calon mahasiswa yang bertalenta dan memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan untuk mengembangkan ketahanan pangan. Bahkan melalui jalur ini, IPB akan memberikan dana beasiswa bagi para mahasiswa yang memenuhi persyaratan akademik tetapi kurang mampu secara ekonomi, khususnya bagi calon mahasiswa yang memilih program studi (mayor) yang terkait erat dan secara langsung mendukung usaha ketahanan pangan melalui pemberian beasiswa yang disebut dengan Beasiswa Kewirausahaan dan Beasiswa Ketahanan Pangan. Hal ini merupakan terobosan baru dalam penerimaan mahasiswa IPB.

Kriteria dan perangkat tes telah dirancang sedemikian rupa agar dapat memperluas aksesibilitas tetapi dengan memasukkan dimensi karakter kepribadian yang khas untuk dapat menangani masalah ketahanan pangan nasional. Selain itu, perangkat tes juga dirancang agar dapat menjaring talenta calon mahasiswa yang dapat memperkuat pengembangan institusi sesuai dengan Visi IPB 2013 yaitu untuk menjadi perguruan tinggi berbasis riset kelas dunia dengan kompetensi utama pertanian tropika dan biosains serta berkarakter kewirausahaan, yaitu antara lain meliputi pengembangan talenta Kepemimpinan, Kewirausahaan, dan Cinta Pertanian, selain kriteria akademik pada kemampuan analisis matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, serta kemampuan Bahasa Inggris.

Melalui jalur UTM IPB mahasiswa diberi kesempatan untuk memilih semua program studi (mayor) yang ada di IPB dengan pembatasan pada daya tampung dari setiap program studi. dimulai dari tanggal 18 Mei 2009 dan pendaftaran akan ditutup pada tanggal 29 Mei 2009. Setiap calon mahasiswa diberi kesempatan untuk memilih maksimal dua (2) program studi (mayor) yang ada di IPB. Biaya formulir pendaftaran ditetapkan sebesar Rp. 400.000,-. Pendaftaran dilakukan secara kolektif melalui Kepala Sekolah masing-masing calon peserta. IPB tidak melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak mana pun selain sekolah, sehingga pendaftaran lewat pihak-pihak di luar sekolah tidak akan dilayani.

Pembayaran dilakukan secara individual oleh calon peserta ke pihak sekolah. Selanjutnya pihak sekolah akan mengirimkan secara kolektif ke Bank BNI Cabang Bogor pada Rekening Rektor IPB Nomor 3895306. Panitia tidak menerima pembayaran secara tunai. Kepala Sekolah mengirimkan surat lepada PPMB IPB dengan melampirkan: Daftar Calon Peserta UTM IPB (Form Calon Peserta) dan Copy bukti transfer dari bank yang ditujukan ke alamat email: utm@ipb.ac.id atau melalui fax ke nomor 0251 - 8422 219 selambat-lambatnya tanggal 29 Mei 2009.

Pengisian formulir pendaftaran UTM IPB dan pengambilan tanda peserta UTM IPB akan dilakukan pada Hari Rabu - Kamis, tanggal 10 - 11 Juni 2009 di Bogor, Surabaya, dan Medan. Peserta harus datang sendiri dan tidak diwakilkan.

Persyaratan yang diperlukan untuk verifikasi adalah: Keterangan Lulus UN, Kartu Tanda Pengenal Diri (KTP/SIM), dan Bukti Transfer Biaya UTM IPB dari sekolah.

Materi tes mencakup:

1. Tes Potensi Akademik (Tes Skolastik),
2. Tes Psikologi, dengan penekanan pada aspek-aspek: Cinta Pertanian (minat yang tinggi terhadap bidang pertanian dalam arti luas sesuai dengan pilihannya), Kepemimpinan, serta Kewirausahaan,
3. Tes Bidang Studi Dasar yaitu Tes Matematika Dasar dan Bahasa Inggris,
4. Tes Bidang Studi IPA yang meliputi Materi Matematika, Biologi, Kimia, dan Fisika.

UTM IPB dilaksanakan pada Hari Sabtu dan Minggu tanggal 13 dan 14 Juni 2009.
Pelaksanaan UTM IPB dalam bentuk Pilot Program di Kota Bogor, Medan, dan Surabaya. Hasil tes akan diumumkan pada tanggal 18 Juli 2009. Batas akhir pendaftaran ke IPB pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2009.

ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia

Application period for the 2010 ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia will be open from 6 June 2009 (9am Indonesia Time) to 15 July 2009 (10pm Indonesia Time).

The ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia is tenable for 4 years leading to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education `Advanced’ (GCE `A’) Level (or equivalent) certificate.

The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Students from Indonesia are welcome to apply for the ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia to enter Singapore schools at the Secondary Three level. Candidates who are not short-listed for the scholarships will be considered for the Merit Awards.

Eligibility

Asian Student Scholarship

The Asian Student Scholarship is designed by the USF Asian Alliance (AA) to support undergraduate students of Asian background who is enrolled or has been accepted into the University of South Florida.

Applicant must meet the following criteria for the award:

• Applicant must be of Asian heritage.
• Applicant must be an undergraduate student in any department and college at USF.
• If applicant is a continuing student, s/he must have a minimum of 3.25 GPA.
• If applicant is a first-time-in-college student, s/he must have 4.0 high school GPA.
• Applicant must be enrolled full-time during the semester the award is given.
• Applicant who demonstrated financial needs may receive consideration.
• Scholarship recipients may not receive more than one scholarship award.

Selection Procedures

* The Committee will select final candidates. The Committee Chair will notify the final candidates.
* The scholarship check will be distributed to the recipient as a new semester starts. Proof of enrollment for the following semester at USF must be provided to the Scholarship Committee before check is distributed to the recipient.

Administrative Procedures

* A $500 scholarship will be awarded to each recipient. The number of recipients will be determined by the Scholarship Committee based on the available Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Committee shall have the authority to award additional scholarships as authorized by the AA Committee.
* In the event that no applicants satisfy the above-mentioned criteria and factors in a given semester, no scholarship will be awarded, with the option to grant additional scholarships the following year.

As a chemistry graduate you will have excellent career prospects and earning potential. With a chemistry or physics degree, your lifetime earnings will be on average 30% more than those without a degree, and at least 12% higher than graduates in subjects including psychology, biological sciences, linguistics and history. These are the findings of a recent independent report commissioned by the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Physics.

This is a £500 per annum scholarship to be awarded for a three year maximum duration. Most UK and EU students who win a place on either of our chemistry courses, and who accept their offer from the University of Plymouth as CF (conditional firm) or UF (unconditional firm) via UCAS, will receive part one of this scholarship award in the form of the year 1 payment. The award is also available for apllications made directly to the University of Plymouth.

The subsequent awards (year 2 and year 3 payments) will only be made on completion of exam results to a minimum benchmark set by the faculty (details of these bench marks will be made available at a later date).

Scholarships for Women in Australia 2009

AFUW QLD, the Queensland association of the Australian Federation of University Women, has been providing fellowships and scholarships for postgraduate research or study since 1972. AFUWQ is part of the International Federation of University Women.

A branch of AFUWQ, the Fellowship Fund Branch, Inc (FFI), was incorporated in 1983 to perform the management and administration of Fellowships.

FFI owns and manages the Academic Dress Hire Service (ADHS). It is a charitable organization and profits from its operations together with investment funds, provide Fellowships to women postgraduate students.

Our Fellowships have been awarded to women graduates from more than ten countries, and have supported studies in a wide range of disciplines, for example: marine biology, architecture, law, literature, radiography, mathematics, social work, archaeology, economics, molecular biology, management, music, information technology and performing arts.

Our aim is to assist women with tertiary qualifications to increase their knowledge and broaden their experience through studying or working in a different environment.

Guidelines for Applicants

Warning:
It is the responsibility of each applicant to read these Guidelines completely and carefully. Each application must be received by the due date, using the specified forms, and must be complete in every respect (refer ‘Applications’ Items 1-6 checklist on website). An incomplete or late application may jeopardise your prospects of being awarded a Fellowship, regardless of the quality of your submission. Applications must be received in hard copy. Facsimiled or emailed applications will not be considered.

The Fellowships

The Fellowship Fund Branch of AFUWQ Inc (FFI) awards two types of fellowship. These are:

* The Freda Bage Fellowship (three years), and
* The Commemorative Fellowships (one year).

The details of each are explained below. The Fellowships are named after women who have made outstanding contributions as scholars and leaders in tertiary institutions in Queensland.
Applicants may apply for both types of Fellowship in the one year (see the Application Form).

The Freda Bage Fellowship

* only available for PhD studies;
* studies must commence by September of the year following receipt of the award;
* maximum period of the Fellowship is three years;
* the annual stipend is paid in two parts, usually in January and July;
* the first payment is made following finalisation of Fellowship documentation and FFI’s satisfaction that the program of study has been accepted by the nominated institution;
* subsequent stipend payments are subject to satisfactory progress of the research work, as indicated by receipt of progress reports from the Fellowship recipient signed by the supervisor of the research work at the end of years one and two;
* a final typewritten report is required at completion of the Fellowship, and should include information about any publications arising from the funded study.

The Commemorative Fellowships

Molly Budtz-Olsen, Dorothy Davidson, Freda Freeman, Audrey Harrisson, Audrey Jorss, Mary McSweeney, Margaret Mittelheuser, Betty Patterson, Rosemary Venton, Barbara Williams and University of Queensland.

* may be used for formal postgraduate study consistent with the aims of FFI;
* maximum period of the Fellowship is one year commencing by September 2009;
* successful applicants may reapply for a Fellowship in subsequent years;
* the stipend is paid in two parts, usually in January and July
o one half following finalisation of Fellowship documentation and FFI’s satisfaction that the program of study has been accepted by the nominated institution, and
o subject to the conditions below, one half after six months of tenure;
* second stipend payment is subject to satisfactory progress as indicated by a progress report from the Fellowship recipient after six months of tenure;

Eligibility
Scholarships for Women in Australia 2009

Fellowships are open to women scholars who:

* are graduates of a recognized tertiary institution from any country and are intending to take up or continue postgraduate studies at a recognized tertiary institution in Queensland, Australia, or
* have graduated at a recognized tertiary institution in Queensland, and are intending to take up or continue postgraduate studies at a recognized tertiary institution elsewhere.

Value

The annual value of the Fellowships is linked to the value of Australian Postgraduate Awards (APAs) plus 10%. As an indication, an APA in 2008 was worth $22,020 per year.

Number of Fellowships

FFI may vary the number of Fellowships awarded from year to year for any reason. As a guide only, the annual number of awards made in recent years has been in the order of 5 - 6 Fellowships. FFI reserves the right not to award Fellowships in any year.

Selection Criteria

FFI awards its Fellowships using a holistic review and selection process. Applications from all academic disciplines are welcome. FFI’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of any aspect of the applications and awards process. Applicants who miss out in any given year are welcome to reapply in subsequent years; however, as a matter of policy, FFI does not offer opinions or advice on the quality or future prospects of unsuccessful applications.

The Process

1. You submit your application so that FFI receives it by the closing date.
2. All received applications are acknowledged in writing.
3. Applicants who pass the stage 1 competitive review process are asked to participate in an interview. This is either face to face at The University of Queensland, or by telephone for regional and overseas applicants. Interviews take approximately 20 minutes. Interviews typically take place in September / October. Interviews provide an opportunity for applicants to concisely articulate the key aspects and benefits of their research proposals.
4. FFI endeavours to make offers to Fellowships no later than November.
5. FFI’s policy is to advise unsuccessful candidates at the earliest practical time.

Change in circumstances: If for any reason your circumstances change (for example, you change your course of study, receive another scholarship, or enter full-time employment) you must contact the Registrar in writing immediately in order that your eligibility for a fellowship may be re-assessed. Note: Receipt of another scholarship or full-time employment disqualifies one from receiving an FFI fellowship.

Djarum Bakti Pendidikan berperan aktif memajukan pendidikan Indonesia melalui pembudayaan dan pemberdayaan mahasiswa berprestasi tinggi, dalam berbagai pelatihan soft skills untuk membentuk manusia Indonesia yang disiplin, mandiri dan berwawasan masa depan serta menjadi pemimpin yang cakap intelektual, emosional dan spiritual (IQ dan EQ).

Beasiswa Djarum - Beswan Djarum
Beasiswa ini diberikan selama dua semester (1 tahun). Pada tahun ajaran 2008/2009 besarnya beasiswa yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sebesar Rp500,000 per bulan selama satu tahun dan pada tahun ajaran berikutnya 2009/2010 akan ditingkatkan menjadi Rp600,000 per bulan selama setahun. Selain itu mahasiswa juga akan dibekali dengan pelatihan soft skills yang meliputi outbound, leadership training, practical skills dan entrepreneurship.

Persyaratan Umum Calon Penerima Beasiswa Djarum, antara lain:

1. UMUM :
* Pria atau wanita.
* Sedang menempuh Tingkat Pendidikan S1 (Strata 1).
* Prestasi Akademik dengan IPK diatas 3.00, telah menyelesaikan 4 semester (kondisi keuangan keluarga menjadi salah satu pertimbangan).
* Aktif mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan organisasi di Kampus.
* Tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain.
2. ADMINISTRASI :
* Mahasiswa mengajukan surat permohonan beasiswa kepada perguruan tinggi melalui Direktur Administrasi Kemahasiswaan atau Pembantu Rektor III .
* Fotocopy Kartu Hasil Studi Semester 4 (empat).
* Fotocopy sertifikat kegiatan organisasi/surat keterangan aktif berorganisasi.
* Surat keterangan dari kampus tidak sedang menerima beasiswa dari pihak lain.
* Fotocopy KTP.
* Fotocopy surat keterangan tidak mampu dari Lurah/Camat.
* Satu lembar foto ukuran 4 x 6 cm berwarna memakai jas almamater.
3. TES SELEKSI :
* Mengikuti psikotes.
* Wawancara.
* Membuat tulisan singkat.

Beasiswa XL Khazanah

Pendidikan adalah pintu gerbang menuju kemajuan dan menciptakan masyarakat unggul. 1. Undergraduate (S-1) : Masa studi 5 tahun termasuk 1 tahun belajar Bahasa Jepang (kecuali jurusan kedokteran

• Syarat: lulusan IPA; nilai rata-rata ijazah dan rapor kelas 3 semester terakhir masing-masing
minimal 8,0; lahir antara tgl. 2 April 1988 dan tgl. 1 April 1993
• Materi ujian tertulis: Matematika dan Kimia/Fisika (tergantung kategori jurusan seperti
tertulis di bawah)
• Pilihan jurusan:
Kimia: Jurusan yang terkait pada bidang kimia seperti Materials Engineering dll.

• Syarat: lulusan IPA/IPS; nilai rata-rata ijazah dan rapor kelas 3 semester terakhir masingmasing
minimal 8,0; lahir antara tgl. 2 April 1988 dan tgl. 1 April 1993
• Materi ujian tertulis: Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika
• Pilihan jurusan: Architecture; Civil Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Electronics;
Telecommunication; Nutrition; Infant Education; Secretarial Studies; Hotel Management; Tourism;
Fashion and Dress Making; Design; Photography; dll
Catatan:
1. Semua soal ujian dalam bahasa Inggris.
2. Lulusan dari S-1 bisa meneruskan ke S-2, dan lulusan D-3 dan D-2 bisa meneruskan ke S-1
sebagai siswa tahun ketiga. Namun untuk melanjutkan beasiswa, tergantung pada prestasi
dan hasil seleksi. Para siswa tentunya harus mengikuti ujian masuk dan masa perpanjangan

D-2), dan 3 (tiga) bidang studi yang ingin dipelajari.
4. Dengan mengirimkan semua dokumen tersebut, kami anggap sah sebagai pengganti formulir (tidak
perlu mengisi formulir pendaftaran).
PROSEDUR SELEKSI
1. Bagi yang lolos praseleksi (seleksi dokumen) akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tertulis (bulan
Juli). Praseleksi dilakukan berdasarkan nilai ijazah dan rapor.
2. Mereka yang lulus ujian tertulis akan dipanggil untuk wawancara di Jakarta (dalam bahasa Indonesia)
(bulan Agustus). Bagi yang lulus wawancara akan direkomendasikan ke Monbukagakusho.
3. Mereka yang lolos seleksi di Monbukagakusho akan menjadi penerima beasiswa. Penetapan
penerima beasiswa ditentukan pada bulan Januari 2010.

Syarat:
1. Penerima beasiswa prestasi dalam kesehariannya selama ini harus pulang pergi ke sekolah/ kuliah naik sepeda & ada surat keterangan dari kepala sekolah/ guru pembimbing/ biro kemahasiswaan yang menyatakan perihal tsb.
2. Penerima beasiswa prestasi harus mengukir prestasi sbb:
- Rangking 10 besar (untuk pelajar SLTP/ SLTA)
- IPK min. 3,0 (untuk mahasiswa)
3. Mengirimkan data pribadi dengan susunan sbb:
- Nama, alamat lengkap & no. telp yang bisa dihubungi.
